Sometimes we give ourselves a false sense of reality about goal setting, at least I know I used to!
#1 Some of us don’t set goals because we trick our minds to think we already know what to do and don’t think writing the goals down will do any good.#2 Some of us don’t write our goals down because it would mean WORK, consistency and getting out of our comfort zones to hit the goals deadline (AKA, Lazy)
30 days is very powerful because for most humans, we can trick ourselves to commit to that small 30 day chunk of time, its not too much to bite off. After the 30 days you will feel accomplished, energized, motivated and eager to go for another 30 days, then another 30days and soon consistency will become a habit!
