Just do it MOTIVATION – Just do it speech Art Williams

“Almost is almost a way of life for almost everybody” – Art Williams

Hey its Ryan Maynard here. When I first heard the “Just do it speech by Art Williams, I was at my first ever, network marketing (an amazing leadership development company) convention which was a 3 day/weekend event. The last day of the convention, they dimmed the lights and played Art Williams speech over 2 big screens. I was a 19 year old kid.. sitting there in the crowed of about 20,000 people unsure of what I wanted to do with my life after High School.

Up until that point in my life, I had tried 1 or 2 other entrepreneurial ventures at which I failed, pretty miserably! Funny enough the thing I failed at was trying to “make money online” in 2009.

Before they put on the “Just do it” video, I remember sitting in the crowed at that leadership convention with a slight sense of failure hovering over me, like a dark cloud. It didn’t register in my brain at the time.. but the reason for this sense of failure was from a previous track record of failure from trying to “make money online” along with a few other ventures.

With that said.. my confidence to try something new (which was the network marketing company I recently joined) was not very high at the time. Every time I “tired” something new.. I would “almost” get it done or “almost get over the hump, as Art Williams quotes. I had a lot of half finished projects, ideas and goals laying around I guess you could say, haha.

The effect this video had on me as a 19 year old kid, watching this with 20k other people including my older brother (who introduced me to the company/opportunity), had a HUGE effect on me.

I remembered the empowering feeling I had for days after seeing that video. I knew that if I was going to succeed in anything, I needed to TALK LESS and DO MORE.

“A lot of people can talk a good game, but the winners do it”

This was one of the earliest exposures I really had to success/motivational material that really made an impact on me and I hope you can find value in this video too!
